Peanut Butter, Oats, Honey and Chia Energy Balls

From having this blog for a few weeks now,  we keep getting asked what we eat for healthy quick snacks, as cooking is time-consuming and a great deal of effort sometimes. These 4 ingredient energy balls are ridiculously simple and easy, which can be eaten at home, on the go or taken into work instead of eating that box of chocolates which is staring at you, especially now at Christmas time!



1/4 cup Chia seeds

1/4 cup Oats

Tbsp Honey

Tbsp Peanut butter



  • Mix all together
  • Roll into balls with palms
  • Pop into fridge for 15/30 minutes (or eat them straight away if you have no patience like me)



You can mix it up with the ingredients:

Coconut oil instead of honey

Adding dried fruit e.g raisins and cocoa power 

More honey and peanut butter for extra stickiness
